Opsys is an internal software application developed and owned by Grissom, Hoffman + More, PLLC, doing business as GHm Architects ("GHm"). It is used exclusively by GHm and its employees to run the firm's own project operations, time tracking, and invoicing. Opsys is not sold, licensed, distributed, or made available to any party outside GHm.
GHm grants its employees a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use Opsys on firm-managed computers solely for the conduct of firm business. No other license is granted to any person or entity.
Opsys, including its code, design, and documentation, is the property of Grissom, Hoffman + More, PLLC. All rights are reserved.
Employees may use Opsys only in connection with their work at GHm and in accordance with firm policies. Copying, modifying, reverse engineering, or distributing the software outside the firm is prohibited.
Opsys connects to services the firm already uses, including Microsoft 365 and QuickBooks Online, using the firm's own accounts. Use of those services remains governed by their respective terms.
Opsys is provided to employees as-is for internal use. GHm makes no warranties of any kind with respect to the software.
